To pay by CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD:

1st screen: Key in $ amount to be paid, then Continue.

2nd screen: Enter email address, then at bottom of screen enter 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'.

3rd screen: Enter email address again, then enter 'Continue to Payment'.

4th screen: 'Pay with debit or credit card', key in credit card details, then to bypass creating a new Paypal account, slide across to the NO at 'Save your information & create your Paypal account', then at bottom of screen 'Pay now as guest', click Enter.

5th screen: Your payment receipt details.

6th item: Please email me a copy of your payment receipt to: awakentheflow@gmail.com
